Popular for its commercial, industrial and municipal uses, the centrifugal pump serves various uses and is found in most industries today. It is commonly used in processes that require the transportation of fluids such as irrigation, the pumping of liquids or for sewage disposal. There are several types of centrifugal pumps available, each defined by their unique function.
This device, which is also referred to as a Regenerative Turbine Pump, functions to pump small volumes of water against high pressures. Due to its multi-purpose applications, this pump is suitable for use in most industry sectors from domestic to commercial. The purpose of the Peripheral Pump is similar to the Centrifugal Pump in that it serves to transport or pump fluids however, its design and materials make it a dynamic and efficient choice.
This is a submersible pump, that can pump dirty water and small particles of sewage with suspend solids upto 50mm. Pump is solid stainless steel. It’s main purpose is emptying cesspit and draining sewage systems, but can also be used for normal water drainage

This is a multistage submersible sewage pump, for domestic/commercial and industrial use. It is used for the drainage of sewage from the building basements, hotel and industrial waste from factories.
This pump is equipped with a double or single channel impeller. It consists of a two pole induction motor, three phase 50Hz, insulation Class E and Protection IP x8.
What We Do
The Rainmakers was formed in 1989 by Pierre Annandale, current director of the company and was at that time working for the South African Government. Rainmakers was first run out of the garage of a residential area until 2000. The business grew at such a rate that we had to move to commercial premises in 3 Voortrekker Street, Vereeniging.
Our staff members were trained by the Landscape Irrigation Association of S.A. and we give free advice to our D.I.Y. customers. We have done several large irrigation contracts over the year, which includes river properties, large commercial areas, sports complexes for schools and universities.
We also gained a lot of experience in the pump industry in a time period of 27 years and we consider ourselves leaders in our area in this industry.
